When a GreatCompany.ai customer enters into an agreement with us, we process the following data from their company's customer database:

Why we process this data

We use this data to enable our customers to communicate personally at scale. For example, for sending personal emails that are relevant to you. We use your information to inform you about products that are related to previous purchases you made from a company.

How long do we keep personal data?

GreatCompany.ai does not keep personal data longer than strictly necessary.

Modify or delete data?

GreatCompany.ai is the processing party of an affiliated organization and continuously synchronizes data from our customers. Therefore, it is not possible to modify or delete data directly with us, as this data is retrieved from the company again within a few minutes.

If you want to modify or delete your data, we recommend contacting the relevant organization. Changes made at the organization are immediately processed and adopted by GreatCompany.ai.

Deleting your personal data also works this way. If the organization in question deletes your personal data, it is immediately processed by GreatCompany.ai.

Security of your data

GreatCompany.ai has strict organizational and technical rules regarding the security of your personal data.

Both our website and software have an SSL certificate that guarantees visitors that data is sent via HTTPS. Data is therefore encoded and sent securely. SSL is also used for processing online payments (iDeal and credit cards).

Our software is tested monthly for vulnerabilities, and the data in our databases is stored using encryption.
