- Does GreatCompany work for my industry?
- If your customers ask a question where AI recommends a business, it works. That applies to local services, e-commerce, B2B and SaaS, healthcare, hospitality, real estate and professional services. Knowing for sure takes five minutes: run the free check on your own website and you see right away which questions do and do not mention you today.
- What if AI does not mention my business at all?
- Then that is exactly what you need to know, because chances are your competitor is being mentioned. You see in the dashboard which questions that happens for. The content advice and the technical scan then show you what to change on your site to get into those answers after all.
- How much time does this take me?
- Setup takes a few minutes: you enter your website and GreatCompany generates the prompts that fit your business. After that, the platform keeps measuring daily without you having to do anything. The time you put in goes into following up on the advice, and how much that is, is up to you.
- How does the 7-day free trial work?
- You can try GreatCompany free for 7 days. You only pay after the trial period. Cancel within 7 days and you pay nothing.
- What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
- With monthly billing you pay €49 per month for Pro and you can cancel every month. With yearly billing you pay €399 for a full year upfront, instead of €588. That saves you €189, or 32%. For Agency it is €999 per year instead of €1,188.
- Are prices including or excluding VAT?
- All prices are excluding VAT (21%). VAT is listed separately on your invoice.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- You can pay with iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit.
- How often are my prompts tested?
- Your prompts are tested daily in ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Perplexity. Results are visible in your dashboard within 24 hours.
- Which AI platforms do you test?
- Focus: ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Via GEO Analytics we measure traffic from 16+ AI platforms.
- Can I upgrade to Agency or Enterprise later?
- Yes, you can upgrade at any time. You only pay the difference for the remaining period.
- What if I want to add more websites?
- With Pro you can monitor 1 website. For multiple websites you can upgrade to Agency (3 websites) or Enterprise (unlimited).
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- After cancellation your data remains available for 30 days. You can export your data as CSV before your account is deleted.
